📦 Order Processing Time
- Fresh Microgreens (Available to Jaipur Area) : Harvested to order and shipped within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
- DIY Kits & Accessories: Dispatched within 1–2 business days. Confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.
🛵 Delivery Timeline
- Local Deliveries (within city limits): Delivered within 1–2 working days via our local delivery partners.
- Pan-India Shipping (DIY Kits only): Delivered within 3–7 working days depending on your location.
💸 Shipping Charges
- Fresh Microgreens (Local Delivery): Free delivery on orders above ₹499. Shipping charges calculated at checkout based on location & weight for order below ₹499.
- DIY Kits (Pan-India): Shipping charges calculated at checkout based on location & weight.
📍 Delivery Areas
- Fresh microgreens currently delivered to Jaipur locations. Please check availability by entering your PIN code at checkout.
- DIY Kits available across India.

In rare cases of delay due to weather, logistics, or other unforeseen issues, we’ll notify you via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
