🔁 Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our fresh microgreens and seeds, we do not accept returns on live plant products. However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please reach out to us at support@microgreenstudio.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos to check further.

DIY Kits and non-perishable items can be returned if:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • A return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return process and Shipping charges for returns are to be borne by the customer.
  • Contact us at support@microgreenstudio.com and we will provide you steps to return the order.

💸 Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Product damaged or spoiled upon arrival (with proof).
  • Incorrect or incomplete orders.
  • Canceled orders (only if canceled before dispatch).

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

📩 Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will process your exchange goods within 7 business days. Contact us at support@microgreenstudio.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
